Love the little stuffed monkey, I am mostly a crocheter, But i have been trying to knit, it just seems to take forever. I can make a whole halter in about 8 hours crocheting. As for a pattern, well I just winged it and it isn't perfect. But I'm thinking of making another (probably once I've finished Rosa) and if that works out I suppose there might be a pattern one day. I felt in a front loading machine and have never had problems. My machine doesn't seem too fussed about being stopped mid cycle so that I can examine the felting.
