This is a great tutorial I've been meaning to use for a long time, thanks for sharing. Now I'm finally venturing in sweaterland. It's a pity the picture of the marked sweater is gone.

I'm late in commenting, but I have to tell you that TANK GIRL is in my top ten of all times. Seriously, can you get much better than Lori Petty and her great outfits and the "snip snip?" My what an empowering movie. YAY!

Hi! I've been stalking you website for a while now (sorry), and I must say that I find your measuring guide very helpful. However, I'm confused by the waist placement on your dummy, it seems two low by a good two or three inches.

In dress making and corsetry (and I assume also in knitting, I'm a somewhat new knitter) the natural waist line is about an inch above your belly button. The easiest way to find it is to put your arms out and bend to the side. the place where the crease forms is your natural waist. your line seems to be sitting just on top of the pelvic girdle, which would lead to an uncomfortable pressure point.
