This driver formed several pretty complicated formulas (sans pc applications), and finally released a public statement: the earth revolves around the sun. Thing is - the driver got a couple of major elements in the calculations drastically wrong (did I say absolutely no pc applications?). The 2 slips probably negated one another - and he arrived at a correct bottom line at the end...What I am saying is that I do believe it doesn't really matter precisely how one comes to a result, providing that it is actually right. Despite the fact that I may disagree with some of what you say, It looks like you're making a good point. I have only ever made it with all purpose flour though...so far. I will have to try whole wheat/whole meal next. I know that you obviously have read some Neil Gaiman [Coraline!]. We have some great bakeries in the area, but nothing makes an apartment smell like a loaf of freshed baked bread...and in an apartment with 5 20 somethings, you know it needs to be freshened.
