Remember these?

slippers-2

It’s taken a ridiculous amount of time, but the pattern is available. For now, it’s a free pdf download, but it will only be available for free until Nov. 1st. After then it will become part of a little collection I’m working on.

Thank you so much! We’re just seeing the first flakes of snow this morning, and I was thinking to myself, “I need to knit myself some slippers!” What great timing!! :0)

Thank you so much! Our house is pretty cold right now and we are trying to delay turning on the furnace as long as we can. My husband has been squawking about needing new slippers and I think these will do the trick!

Thanks for the pattern. They remind me of some my great grandmother used to make but I had lost the pattern! I like this one better, the shaping around the toe is much nicer!

Thanks so much. I was just thinking yesterday that I no longer have any slippers and it is starting to get cold out. We just turned on our furnace.

Hi!

I was just thinking about these, wanting to go back and look for the original post to see if there was any idea of when the pattern would appear. (We’re moving into a house with a LOT of tile–not my favorite. I think a pair of these would keep my happier.) And I get back in town and find that you’ve posted the pattern! Thanks!

Thank you for leaving the pattern available still. The organizer of a knitting group I’m in has asked us for some slippers for a friend’s meditation group. My wrists don’t like the standard Phentex pattern , too hard to pull the yarn across each rib. This simple pattern should fill the bill nicely. Thank you very much.
