Loop is a lovely store filled with so many, many appealing things (alongside the well chosen yarn selection there are vintage buttons and beautiful knitting themed items galore). It was a delight to visit this afternoon, although I was a little too busy chatting with knitters and signing books to actually take many pictures!

Thank you to everyone who braved the rain and came along, it was great to see you.

Loop have been stocking the 1st book for quite a while (yay!) and I got a little overexcited to see that it has a proper label on the shelf and everything.

On the way back to our hotel, Tim (the gps) took us on an interesting, if slightly nerve wracking tour through some of London’s busiest streets.

Tomorrow morning we’re leaving London for nearby Reading – we’ll be at Jelly, The Old Town Hall, Blagrave Street, Reading RG1 1QH from 1-3.

favorite part of this post – your shoe on the dashboard of the car! Looks like fun at loop! Wish I had knit when I had visited london, oh the yarn stores I would have visited!
Your life seems so exciting! I love to be in Great Britain. We have your Prince Charles and Camilla this week, but this is not exciting for us, French-Candadien… they remind us that we are still a “colony” of Great Britain…
I love your work Ysolda, I bought your book 2, and I hope you’re still keep working for us, knitters from all over the world!
Looks like a great day!

Will I be able to buy your books in Denmark?
Greetings from Louise
It was lovely to meet you yesterday. Thank you for putting up with Lucy the toddler bossing everyone around!
you’ve taken beautiful pics, as always. Just love Harrod’s with Xmas lights!
That Harrods building is cool. Wonder if they were tempted to add light-outlines where there was no building, just to make it look bigger and better in the dark? hehe.
Lovely to see your blog post about Loop, one of my favourite shops. Even lovelier to meet you on Saturday. I’m looking forward to making loads of things from both Book 1 and Book 2 (I might already have cast on in fact…)
