A cute baby polar bear toy knit without seams on double pointed needles.
Otto was designed to be round and cuddly but still easy for little hands to grasp. He knits up quickly and the size can be varied by changing the weight of yarn used. Otto would make a wonderful gift for any kid, or adult.

Gauge
26 sts and 36 rounds = 10 cm / 4" in stocking stitch for smaller version.
20 sts and 24 rounds = 10 cm / 4" in stocking stitch for larger version.
Sizing
The small Otto is approximately 30cm / 12" tall
The larger Otto is approximately 53cm / 21" tall.
Supplies
Yarn
210m / 230 yards worsted weight yarn or 150m / 165 yards double knitting weight yarn.
Debbie Bliss Rialto DK in shade 02 for the smaller version
Blue Sky Alpacas Organic Cotton in Bone
Needles and notions
US 2.5 / 3mm double pointed needles for smaller bear knit with DK weight yarn
4mm needles for larger bear knit with worsted weight yarn.
