Briar Rose
£4.00
Bolero with an unusual seamless construction knit in worsted weight yarn. The
bolero is knit from the bottom up with a curved hem shaped with short rows. Puffed sleeves are knit separately and joined to the body at the underarms and then the upper bodice is worked in one piece. To complete the bolero stitches are picked up around the outer edge and the border is worked in the round. Two different stitch patterns are given for the border.
This pattern was specifically designed so that unfamiliar techniques can be learned gradually. To make the pattern as clear as possible text is readably large and clearly layed out with plenty of white space. Pattern includes stitch counts at key points and a detailed schematic so that you can check that you’re on the right track and to make custom fitting easier.
