Gretel

I’d actually considered Gretel before yesterday’s post, but it seemed a bit random. Clearly it wasn’t just me though so the free pattern goes to Linda for suggesting it. I loved so many of your suggestions though. Some of them were out because I was already planning on using them for other things (need to re-work the Rapunzel stockings I started ages ago) and I’ll definitely be referring to the rest of those comments for future pattern names. Thank you to everyone who left a suggestion.

Smashing! So glad I found you. Just added this to my queue. Isn’t Ravelry the best?!?!? :-)

OMG, *I* was going to suggest Gretel!! Who is this Linda, and is she my psychic twin? (There is a new production of Humperdink’s Hansel and Gretal at the Met this upcoming season, which I believe will be one of the HD broadcasts to theaters so you can catch it if you want to, and when you said you were looking for a name my mind jumped straight to that! Though, your version is decidedly more story book - the opera is rather dark.)

Gretel is great! I’m a bit late but still wanted to say my suggestion, might be good for another cable some time. What about Methuselah, after the ancient tree?? All the twisting reminded me staright away of the gnarled branches and roots of the Methuselah Tree.

Two things:
1)These berets are so cute as are the pictures of you curls and all!
2) I’m tagging you to list 8 random things about yourself and then tag 8 others….if you’ve played before or really don’t want to then totally feel free to ignore this part!

These are sooo beautiful! At the same time relaxed but not too slouchy and a really great shape and pattern! And the pictures are perfect, too.

Hi - I recently bought this pattern and sent a support email to mail@ysolda.com on 8 Sept. regarding some problems I had with the last two crown decrease rows. Would you be able to let me know whether or not you received it, and if not, to what address I should resend?
Thanks!
