My stars, that is a gorgeous color! It’s so bright and happy that you can’t help but smile. Hope it’s as much fun to knit up!

Love the colors, I’m curious to know if the first was taken in natural light?

I was very interested in your blog about your grandfather. My inlaws live in the Fort William area, and when I asked, my Father inLaw he remembered a William Stewart he said he thought had moved to the Edinburgh area, and that he also thought he’d taught my husband in Boy’s Brigade…One of my husband’s uncles (his mother’s brother) was also in the mountain rescue, but that may have been more recently than your grandfather. Sadly, because they aren’t very interested in knitting anyway (that’s my, English, domain!) they didn’t remember that…great memories, loved reading them, thanks, Fran

I gasped aloud when this page loaded - what an incredible colour. I feel like licking my monitor right now as the weather hereabouts has been unrelentingly grey for weeks.

I’ve wondered about buying from the natural dye studio before… I find it frustrating that they don’t say *what* dyes are used for each colourway.
