Whatever this weekend means to you I hope that you’re having a wonderful time. I’ve been taking some time to enjoy the changing season.

Admiring the canal boats and the reflected clouds on my walk to the market, where I found some very large eggshells for kid’s to decorate.

Spring cleaning and crafting things for my home.


Making and eating fresh, summery food and delighting in the fact that I could photograph my dinner in daylight.


I made the mayonnaise used in this dressing from scratch and it was so much easier than I expected, using this recipe.


Adding to my little window “garden”.
