Thought I would share the email I got from Kurt at Puritan Press this morning along with some more photos of the printing underway –

Hi guys,

Just thought I would send a couple more photos. We have about 4 forms left to print of the 17; cover is already at the laminators and we’re folding the printed forms as we speak – it’s all coming together!

I see some great comments on the “BLOG” page. It’s great to see how anxious people are to get this book.

Have a great weekend!

Admittedly, I haven’t got a clue what a form actually is – but it sounds like they’re making great progress if they only have 4 out of 17 left!

Pricing patterns has always been one of the hardest parts of designing and I’ve often felt like the “standard” price of knitting patterns is both lower than other similar products (eg. indie sewing patterns) and doesn’t really reflect the amount of work that goes into them. At the same time, it’s totally fair to worry that rising pattern prices will price people out.
