Pictorial Guides

by ysoldateague May 27, 2007

I’ve added a link in the header to a list of ‘pictorial guides’ – little tutorials on knitting techniques. The name is from my much loved 40s Pictorial Guides to Knitting, Home Needlework and Dressmaking. There are only a couple in the list at the moment, but I’m planning on adding more soon. If there are any techniques you’ve been looking for someone to dissect let me know.Hope you’ve had a good weekend. The last few days for me have involved some partying, lots of knitting and family and friends. Fun times. And the cardigan I cast on on Tuesday? Somehow or other it’s almost done. Even has a name. Pictures tomorrow.

At the same time, it’s totally fair to worry that rising pattern prices will price people out.
