This afternoon I’ll be hanging out, accompanied by the sample suitcase, at Stitches With Style in Newark, DE. Then this weekend is Maryland Sheep and Wool, which I’m certainly rather excited about. I’m not doing any particular event but if you see me please don’t be shy about saying hello! I will be at the afterparty in the Hilton on Saturday night.
The problem is that After the festival there’s a bit of a gap in my plans. On Saturday May 9th I’ll be at Lovely Yarnsin Baltimore and I am trying to set something up near DC during the week but right now my only plan is that I want to go to the Louise Bourgeoisexhibition. And so I need your help, most pressingly to find somewhere to stay after the festival – Monday night on, but if you have a yarn store / group etc that’s not to far away and would like to see me and my samples get in touch.
On the 11th I’ll be heading to Boston to visit the knitting world’s most famous knitting dog (and his owners!).
Congratulations to our Glenmore KAL prize winners! If you're still working on your Glenmore this blog series will stay up, so you can refer back to the tutorial for any section as you knit at your own pace. For inspiration and motivation check out all the lovely Glenmore projects here.
