Me and mum, well wrapped up. She knit her hat (a felted Gretel) and scarf!
I didn’t intend to succesfully blog every day in November only to dissapear for December, but I’ve had a horrible cold and I went away for a couple of days this week. Thursday was my mum’s birthday so I went with her and a couple of friends to the Cairngorms. We spent the day climbing a hill, followed by a lovely dinner here. All of these photos were taken on our walk, although more snow was forecast we escaped that and it was almost eerily still and quiet. We had a great time, even if we did have to slide down a lot of the way – fun, but I’ve got a lot of bruises.

Another Gretel, by Louise.
And now, I’ve barely got home and I’m off again tomorrow. This time for a few days in London, which will be totally different but hopefully just as fun.
