Snow White update

by ysoldateague October 30, 2008

I’ve sent out an update for the Snow White pattern. Thank you to the Sexy Knitters who got me thinking about it. The knitalong is going on on Ravelry and I’m sure they’d be happy for you to join in.
It has been updated to correct a few small errors and with a layout that I hope you will find clearer and easier to follow. The final stitch count on the body for size 1x / 44 should have been 166 not 168 and 24 rnds of the sleeves are worked in garter ribbing not 14. If you haven’t received the pattern please let me know, providing the email you bought it with.

I’m so sorry my site was down yesterday and this morning, very frustrating! I’m so glad it’s working again now

Pay what you can pattern pricing
Pay what you can pattern pricing

Pricing patterns has always been one of the hardest parts of designing and I’ve often felt like the “standard” price of knitting patterns is both lower than other similar products (eg. indie sewing patterns) and doesn’t really reflect the amount of work that goes into them. At the same time, it’s totally fair to worry that rising pattern prices will price people out.
