    Purchasing Questions

    If you purchase a pattern through the website, you will receive an email with a link to your order status page where you can find a button to add your pattern to your Ravelry account.

    We are now using a new system meaning that any patterns that you have purchased with the same email address can be found altogether in your Digital Content library. Click on the link in any confirmation of purchase email that you received and then scroll down and press 'Access Digital Content'. From here you can navigate back from each individual pattern to find your whole library.

    A common reason is that the box for the discount code is case sensitive, so make sure you have taken out a space at the end if you have copied and pasted straight from an email. Another thing to bear in mind is that our codes are set to UK time and although we try to make that as clear as possible we understand that this information can be easy to miss. Please check the time that you input the code to see whether it would have expired.

    Our Musselburgh hat pattern is our best selling viral pattern. We often receive questions asking about which needles to use, which size to make, when to decrease and where to place the stitchmarkers.

    The Knitwork is our online learning community that is free to join and hosts all of our course, workshop and knitalong content. It is often the best place to ask any pattern queries that you have as our members love to share their expertise and it is likely that any question that you have has occurred to someone else too.
