For the first time in the UK Ysolda will be teaching her Monsters workshop!  Ever wondered how toys like Elijah, Mousie and Trinket are created?  This class will explore the 3-dimensional shaping techniques used in her seamless toy patterns, and help you use them in other kinds of projects.  The workshops last for 6 hours, and lunch will be provided – for more details visit Di Gilpin’s website, and you can enrol here!

Ysolda will be teaching her Beyond the Raglan class, that was so popular at VK Live in January.  If you missed it, here’s another chance!  The class covers the difference types of sweater than can be knit from the top down, and will explore ways to get the best possible fit from a top down sweater.  For more details, have a look here.

3-7 October 2012

For the first time, Squam Art Workshops goes abroad!  Held in a beautiful medieval village in one of the most unspoiled parts of Italy, SquamItalia! will feature knitting, photography, sketchbook journaling and painting classes.  Ysolda will be teaching The Perfect Sweater and two different classes on finishing techniques.  There are some other wonderful tutors too – all the details are on the SAW website.
