    How will my order be shipped?

    We're currently shipping once a week, on Thursdays. Please order by midnight the night before to ensure your order is shipped on Thursday.

    Free shipping* on UK orders over £40.
    Free shipping* on International orders over £70.
    *excluding books and extra bulky items

    Unfortunately the shipping costs for books mean that we're unable to offer free shipping for books. On orders that would otherwise qualify for free shipping the postage will be charged based on the weight of the book, and not the other items in the order.

    Tracking can be added at the checkout at an additional cost. All orders over £300 will be sent with tracking.

    If you would prefer to receive your parcel via a courier, please contact us before placing an order.

    After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order details. Please check it carefully, especially your shipping address, as any errors could result in a returned order and additional shipping costs.

    When will I receive my order?

    UK orders are sent by first class post, which is generally a next day service although it can occasionally take up to 3 days.

    Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of international parcels, although deliveries to the majority of destinations are usually much faster than that.
