We're well known for our clear instructions and extensive size range, but when you purchase an Ysolda pattern you get much more than just the pattern instructions. Learn more about what's included in our patterns in this blog post.

We have an extensive range of free tutorials. Browse the complete list by technique here, or search our blog. You can also find us on youtube.

Firstly, although our patterns are extensively checked we do occasionally find an error. If errors are found we issue updates via email, so if it’s been a while since you purchased this pattern please double check that you have the most up to date version by comparing the version number in the footer to that listed on the product page on our website.

If you've updated the pattern and there still seems to be an issue please do contact us at support@ysolda.com so we can have our tech editor check it and issue an update if necessary. We'd rather know so that we can fix it for everyone!

Our Ysolda Knitwork community and Ravelry group are both great places to connect with other knitters who love our patterns. Try searching or make a new post to ask your questions, there's probably someone else who has made the pattern and is happy to help you troubleshoot.
