    Refunds

    Due to the nature of digital products, digital patterns are non-refundable. We’re happy to refund duplicate purchases. If you need help understanding a pattern or think you might have found an error please contact support@ysolda.com

    We’re required by UK law to ask that when requesting a refund you provide us with the following information: your name, date of purchase, date of refund request, item purchased and the email address that you used to make the purchase. Requests for refunds can be sent to support@ysolda.com.
