This one insisted on being named after Neil Gaiman’s modern-day fairy tale.

Beautiful! I am looking forward to the tutorial, as I am working on a sweater and wanted to substitute loops for a traditional button band and buttonholes.

I hope this will be coming soon as a pattern to buy!

Just pretty, simply beautiful!
I imagine me knitted it for my mum, it’s again a succes Ysolda!

But can you fail in a sweater design? That is the question…

That’s so pretty! I love the smocking and the trapeze-ish sillhouette!

Simply gorgeous. I just found your lovely blog and you have very beautiful stuff. I look forward to knitting some of your patterns once my list of wips is shorter. Looking forward to the button-loop tutorial!

The sweater is dreamy and goes great with the pin curls. :)
It also got a, “Hey her stuff is really nice” comment from my husband. He doesn’t pay that much attention to what I’m knitting so I think he was really impressed.

Perfect name…and I’m glad to finally hear of someone who had read Coraline other than me (and my dad who sent it to me).

This has unseated Gretel from her position as my favourite of every garment you’ve designed. It’s so beautiful and I will buy the pattern, and I will test knit it if you want me to (44″ size), and love it forever, and weep bitter tears if it ever gets a hole.

Thank you for creating my dream sweater you clever and marvellous thing.

That is just beautiful. And Kenny thinks you’re a hottie so you’re obviously getting attention from the wool-widowers too….Please please will you set up some kind of business and employ me as your knitslave?

Oh, I love that book! I think it’s great when knitwear has names like this – gives it a beautiful ‘history’ and it’s really evocative :)

I love this cardigan! Although every one of your knit pieces is on my “must knit oneday” list, this one is definitely tops (if you offer a pattern…); I just love the lines and knit pattern!! :) Beautiful!

I’ve been reading your website for some time now because I’m drawn to your attention to detail. You are such a talented designer. I love the drape of Coraline. It’s a beautiful garment.

Lovely. I will ask my other mother to knit me one with her fingernails.

This is a very lovely sweater. Once I graduate from knitting row upon row for scarves, perhaps I can give this a try.

(I also came here from the Neil Gaiman website.)

I love this sweater, but I love the name even more! Coraline is one of my favorite scary fairy tales, so now I have to make it!
