The latest pattern in the Whimsical Little Knits Collection is now available. If you’ve already pre-ordered you should have automatically received a download link for the Icing Swirl Hat, which can also be purchased separately for £2 and will be included in all future orders of the collection.
I know that I said the shawl would be next, but being ill made that take longer than expected so I thought this would help fill the gap. The shawl is almost ready for tech editing so it should be out pretty soon now.

Oooh, lovely! I’ve got a ball of Cashmerino Superchunky that would look lovely in it – but it’s only 86yards. What are my chances (I could always increase a little less, I suppose, and then block to bejabbers). ~x~

I downloaded mine today and ice skated – well it was more like ice sliding in a goofy sort of a way – to my favourite yarn store. Got the perfect yarn for it. Hope my version will look as lovely as yours !

Hi, I made this hat a while ago and I absolutely love it… but I sat down to make another one last night and I got completely stuck at the point where you’ve knitted the i-cord, made 6 stitches and put them onto 3 dpns… now matter which way up I held it, the icord seemed to be on the wrong side – i.e. if I had carried on, the icord would be on the inside of the hat! I just can’t figure it out. Could you explain or do you have any little demo videos? I’m so frustrated! Thanks!
