We're back! Our online store has been temporarily closed for shipping and sales while the team took a break to recuperate and regroup. We just updated the website upon our return so all our available products are now ready for you to browse.

Where You Find Us

Last week, some of our furloughed team members returned into the fold and we've been busy planning and refining what we have been doing since March, when it was necessary for us to pivot how things operate at the studio in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Going forward, we will no longer be doing our weekly updates of collections and we hope that this makes browsing feel a little more open for each of you.

While browsing, you might notice that some products we usually stock aren't featured. In many cases, this is simply due to a need to restock so to avoid frustration, we've removed the page views. What is on the site is what is currently available for shipping. If whilst shopping you notice out of stock colourways, you can use the dropdown menu option to request an update when this colourway comes back in stock. This is a good way to nudge us to restock your favourite products!

From this week, we will be shipping items on Tuesday through to Friday. Our increased shipping now means that those in the UK will be able to take advantage of an opportunity to shop now and enjoy by the weekend! We still need to put safety measures in place for team members packing orders in response to Scotland's Coronavirus guidelines for small businesses. For more detailed shipping info, please visit the relevant page online here.

We Appreciate You

From those who made purchases in the birthday sale, to those recommending us to friends and those filling in our customer survey whilst we were taking a break, we are so grateful. It is hugely motivating as a team to know we are creating something to help you find just want you need for your making. Don't forget, we have a rewards programme designed to add a little extra to your shopping experience - it's our way of saying thank you for your continued support.

We Want To Hear From You

We're eager to bring you all the things you might need for your next favourite project so as a result, today's blog is a little newsy and a little bit of just touching base to let you know how things are at the Ysolda studio right now. We'd love to hear from you and are getting back into our social media channels so do tag us with what you're making- we'd love to see!
